And add some extra ref checking.  The rewriter didn't verify that it didn't
over-decref which made this hard to find.

Some basic support, but leaks references if you abandon a generator
while it is in a "yield" expression.

made some refcounting changes but did not change the cffi patch

I had copied in their refcounting code around it but our data
format wasn't the same.  whoops.

It returns an object that keeps the returned array alive.
