This reverts commit 4d67c5a4.

It is not safe to have fallback in administration, and log rotation is
always nice feature.

Thanks to appending suffix to apache configuration it is possible to
have multiple apache configurations listening.

erp5.recipe.testnode is specific testnode for ERP5,
so it must be in this repository.

The path slapos/recipe/testnode should be much better,
but for now all tools are not ready for it.
slapos/recipe/erp5.recipe.testnode must be renamed
to slapos/recipe/testnode soon.

Drop support for svn based autoversioning and bump up manually the
release.

As passed value is list of list it is requires to fetch first element
of first list.

Putting an uid in "ids" list is plain broken, and a no-op here -> removed.
Use pop() instead of __getitem__ + __delitem__ .
Don't access possibly empty (and unrelated !) "ids" list in error message.
