Requirements for builders:

 * simulation only from trade_phase and business process
 * only is_buildable

causality_uid passed by Business Path build method satisfies the first
requirement, and it is passed to VifibDeliveryBuilder_selectMovement in **kw.

Vifib will use sale and purchase oriented Business Process.

Test reached accounting operations, and for those, accounting periods have to
be started.

Make them for two years, as lot of accounting operations can be done in year
of test and following year.

Having in mind that builders used are those on business process, be interested
only in documents related to hosting subscription.

Check that invoice and payment are generated in excepted states and that it is
possible to invoke typical actions on each of those documents.

Builder will be called on Business Process paths, so it is acceptable to have
more documents built.
