Moved in the changes from the yet unreleased 2.10 and 2.11 versions into the history. The changes.txt now only includes entries being truly new to the trunk

eventlog entries and their corresponding entry in the SiteErrorLog. Needed when
a user reports the entry id after seeing an error and the server has since
restarted.

Disentagle the changes and history. First step is to move everything from old releases into the history file, only keeping the latest entries in changes.

Updated to ZODB 3.9.0a10. ZODB-level version support has been removed and ZopeUndo now is part of Zope2.

Put back the defaultSkin directive. I misread the comments and only the other two directives in the misc section where deprecated.
