cmd/gc: typecheck type switch variables

Type switch variables was not typechecked.
Previously it lead only to a minor consequence:

switch unsafe.Sizeof = x.(type) {

generated an inconsistent error message.
But capturing by value functionality now requries typechecking of all ONAMEs.
