perf thread: Add missing RC_CHK_EQUAL

Comparing pointers without RC_CHK_ACCESS means the indirect object
will be compared rather than the underlying maps when REFCNT_CHECKING
is enabled. Fix by adding missing RC_CHK_EQUAL.
