[PATCH] m32r: update include/asm-m32r/m32102.h

Here is a patch to update include/asm-m32r/m32102.h.

     * include/asm-m32r/m32102.h:
     - Add macro definitions for DMA controller.
     - Cosmetics; rearrange indentations.
