ftrace: Fix DYNAMIC_FTRACE_WITH_DIRECT_CALLS dependency

DYNAMIC_FTRACE_WITH_DIRECT_CALLS should depend on
DYNAMIC_FTRACE_WITH_REGS since we need ftrace_regs_caller().
