svm: bitwise vs logical op typo

These were supposed to be a bitwise operation but there is a typo.
The result is mostly harmless, but sparse correctly complains.

Fixes: 44a95dae ('KVM: x86: Detect and Initialize AVIC support')
Fixes: 18f40c53 ('svm: Add VMEXIT handlers for AVIC')
