Subject: [PATCH] EDAC/igen6: Add Intel Meteor Lake-P SoCs support

Add Intel Meteor Lake-P SoC compute die IDs for EDAC support.
These Meteor Lake-P SoCs share similar IBECC registers with
Alder Lake-P SoCs.
