drm/amdgpu: correct mmBIF_SDMA4_DOORBELL_RANGE address for aldebaran

On aldebaran, mmBIF_SDMA4_DOORBELL_RANGE isn't right next to
mmBIF_SDMA3_DOORBELL_RANGE.
