x86/speculation/mmio: Add sysfs reporting for Processor MMIO Stale Data

Add the sysfs reporting file for Processor MMIO Stale Data
vulnerability. It exposes the vulnerability and mitigation state similar
to the existing files for the other hardware vulnerabilities.
