arm64: dts: qcom: Introduce SM8350 HDK

Add initial DTS for the Snapdragon 888 Mobile Hardware Development Kit,
aka SM8350 HDK. This initial version describes debug UART, UFS storage,
the three USB connectors and remoteprocs.
