[PATCH] ppc64: Add numa=off command line option

From: Anton Blanchard <anton@samba.org>

Add numa=off command line option to disable NUMA support at runtime.
Useful if there are issues with our parsing of the NUMA toplogy or for
testing NUMA gains.
