docs: Fix a couple typos

This commit gets rid of some minor errors in Documentation/:
* cputopology.txt: drawes -> drawers
* debugging-via-ohci1394.txt: remove an unnecessary line break
* static-keys: statemnts -> statements
* zorro.txt: busses -> buses
