Renesas ARM DT updates for v5.12 (take two)

  - Increase support (SPI, I2C, Ethernet, Serial, MMC) for the R-Car V3U
    SoC on the Renesas Falcon board,
  - Disable SD functions for plain eMMC,
  - A minor fix.
