Pull input fixes from Dmitry Torokhov:

 - mark "guest" RMI device as pass-through port to avoid "phantom" ALPS
   toouchpad on newer Lenovo Carbons

 - add two more laptops to the Elantech's lists of devices using CRC
   mode
