media: staging: rkisp1: uapi: remove __packed

The driver access struct's fields one by one, they are not blindly
copied to/from the hardware, so we can remove __packed from the
structs.

Tested on Scarlet Chromebook with ChromeOS stack and verified images
with the Camera app.
