When devm_ioremap_resource() fails, a clear enough error message will be printed by its subfunction __devm_ioremap_resource(). The error information contains the device name, failure cause, and possibly resource information. Therefore, remove the error printing here to simplify code and reduce the binary size. Commit 3d42f1dd ("vgaarb: Keep adding VGA device in queue") assumes the first device is an integrated GPU. However, on AMD platforms an integrated GPU can have higher PCI device number than a discrete GPU. Integrated GPU on ACPI platform generally has _DOD and _DOS method, so use that as predicate to find integrated GPU. If the new strategy doesn't work, fallback to use the first device as boot VGA. Problem: If scheduler is already stopped by the time sched_entity is released and entity's job_queue not empty I encountred a hang in drm_sched_entity_flush. This is because drm_sched_entity_is_idle never becomes false. Fix: In drm_sched_fini detach all sched_entities from the scheduler's run queues. This will satisfy drm_sched_entity_is_idle.
