Remove duplicated test for Bug#34517

mysql-test/r/change_user.result:
  Update test case result.
mysql-test/r/not_embedded_server.result:
  Update test case result.
mysql-test/t/change_user.test:
  Move newer (and better) version of the test case.
mysql-test/t/not_embedded_server.test:
  Move this test case over to change_user.test
  This version is deterministic.
