Use position files for Fluentd tail plugin to avoid sending data twice
when Fluentd service is restarted.

Provide :
* a Python with selenium egg installed
* a Fluentd instance
* instance parameters to send generated logs to a Wendelin instance through Fluentd

`maxSession` is a selenium node option

`slotQuantity` set the number of slots by node meaning the maximum number of
session for a node.

Flags `--disable-setuid-sandbox --no-sandbox --disable-gpu` do not seem required
with chromium 120.

Following advice from https://luajit.org/download.html use recent commit id,
but rely on github archive.

Drop obsoleted patch, enforce --with-shared-termcap-library

Also use directly archive with patches.

Changes:
 * use xz archive
 * stabilize patch name
 * update patch to current version

Expose pkgconfig configuration so that other parts can easily fetch it.

Drop fmhttp, as it's not needed to make http calls from our deployments, and
the updated version requires much more dependencies for this feature.
