Add informative tooltip when edit is disabled
Replace "gl-tooltip" with "gl-tooltip-directive".
Replace "gl-link" with "gl-button" to use disabled attribute.
Add a dedicated handler to hide the dropdown menu when user -
clicks somewhere outside the dropdown menu.
Use GlNewDropdown over the deprecated version.
