Decouple wiki views from projects · e7c7beeb

- Add generic `wiki_path` / `wiki_page_path` helpers.
- Move views into `app/views/shared`.
- Move JS assets into `app/assets/javascripts/pages/shared`.
- Refer to `@wiki` instead of `@project` in views.
- Use constants on `Wiki` instead of `ProjectWiki`.
