Track db calls in metrics

- Add db calls to Metrics::Subscribers::ActiveRecord
- Add prometheus metrics for rails
- Add prometheus metrics for sidekiq
- Add metrics to lograge
- Add metrics to StructuredLogger
- Add missing specs
