Upgrades buttons in app/views/[stuvwxyz]

Where [stuvwxyz] is regex for all the folders in that directory starting
with that letter. This upgrades the buttons in those directories to use
the newer gitlab ui classes

Note, this excludes larger, `app/views/shared` directory
