Deprecate ApiFuzzingCiConfigurationCreate fields

This deprecates the apiFuzzingCiConfigurationCreate mutation by
marking all of its fields as deprecated.
The configuration YAML snippet is now being generated client-side,
so we do not need this mutation anymore.
