Testing to make sure the visual review app link
does not show up when feature flag is disabled
and vice versa.

Switch to using the glFeatureFlag mixin instead of
setting it in the store.

Provide details on how to enable the
feature flag.

Remove mention of access token in docs. Also
mention enabling the feature flag for feedback.

Since visual review tools don't work without the
anonymous feedback endpoint which is behind
a feature flag, I'm hiding the visual review tools
behind the same feature flag.

To help with tracking usage of review apps
and visual review tools, added tracking
to the review app link.

Now that the visual review tool no longer needs
authentication token, we're removing that step
from the instructions.

Add Sidekiq middleware stack integration tests

Before this change, Sidekiq middleware components were only tested
through unit tests. This add basic integration tests for our server-side
and client-side middleware stacks, to ensure that messages pass through
the stack without causing exceptions.

The change also ensures that each middleware yields control as expected.
