[PATCH] cciss: return -ENXIO on no-device-present

If no device is attached we now return -ENXIO instead of some bogus
numbers.  Prevents applications from trying to access non-existent disks.
Also adds HDIO_GETGEO_BIG IOCTL that fdisk uses.
