Commit 2950219d authored by Yuval Mintz's avatar Yuval Mintz Committed by David S. Miller

qede: Add basic network device support

This patch includes the basic Rx/Tx support for the driver [although
carrier will still never be turned on].
Following this patch the driver registers a network device, initializes
it and prepares it for traffic.
