[SPARC64]: Bulletproof hypervisor TLB flushing.

Check TLB flush hypervisor calls for errors and report them.

Pass HV_MMU_ALL always for now, we can add back the optimization
to avoid the I-TLB flush later.

Always explicitly page align the virtual address arguments.
