Struct scatterlist must contain, at a minimum, the following
members:
char *address;
struct page *page;
unsigned int offset;
unsigned int length;
The "address" member will disappear in 2.5.x
This means that your pci_{map,unmap}_sg() and all other
interfaces dealing with scatterlists must be able to cope
properly with page being non NULL.

2.4.x we still have to support the old method.
