staging: rtl8723bs: Remove rtw_btcoex_SuspendNotify()

Remove function rtw_btcoex_SuspendNotify as all it does is call
hal_btcoex_SuspendNotify.
Modify call sites accordingly.
Issue found with Coccinelle.
