Ifdef out
	struct nf_sockopt_ops::compat_set
	struct nf_sockopt_ops::compat_get
	struct xt_match::compat_from_user
	struct xt_match::compat_to_user
	struct xt_match::compatsize
to make structures smaller on COMPAT=n kernels.
