Add stbc tx power eeprom parsing support for mt76x2 driver. When writing power entries, make a distinction between rates that are read from the same EEPROM value, but have separate register entries. The ucode chunk might be relatively large and the allocation with kmalloc() may fail occasionally. Since the data isn't DMA-transferred but by manual loops, we can use vmalloc instead of kmalloc. For a better performance, though, kvmalloc() would be the best choice in such a case, so let's replace with it. When obtaining the firmware capability a buffer is provided of 512 bytes. However, if all features in firmware are supported the buffer needs to be 565 bytes as otherwise truncated information is retrieved from firmware. Increasing the buffer to 768 bytes on stack. Using the NAPI or netdev frag cache along with other drivers can lead to 32 KiB pages being held for a long time, despite only being used for very few page fragments. This can happen if the driver grabs one or two fragments for rx ring refill, while other drivers use (and free up) the remaining fragments. The 32 KiB higher-order page can only be freed once all users have freed their fragments. Depending on the traffic patterns, this can waste a lot of memory and look a lot like a memory leak.
