mysqldump now adds "ALTER TABLE ... DISABLE KEYS" to the dump

manual updated


Docs/manual.texi:
  mysqldump, News, Upgrading entires updated
client/mysqldump.c:
  "ALTER TABLE ... DISABLE KEYS" is added to the dump.
  Invisible spaces deleted :-)
