fil_iterate(): Validate the pages directly.

import_page_status_t, PageConverter::validate(): Remove.

AbstractCallback::filename(): New accessor.

AbstractCallback::is_interrupted(): Replaces periodic_check().

PageConverter::trigger_corruption(): Remove.
