Removed mr.developer acording to commit 91e845de and code before referenced

Undone commit 220a9afb, because cloudoo don't realy needs killpidfromprofile

cron, and stunnel as do not need kiilpidfromfile

Curl component was modified because of url not working. Changing it back
to original url.
This reverts commit 4cae8f81.
