strip C code position marker comments from annotated HTML files to a) avoid false positives when parsing C-API calls and b) reduce the overall clutter (the HTML contains the same content already)

add safety check for now to avoid trying to write annotation files into standard include directories etc.

remove duplication of type analysis for base type tuple of Python classes (could crash the compiler for non-trivial base class expressions)
