This allow to generate non SSL configuration

"It seems" that logrotate does not allow to put those parameters in
logrotate.conf

Needed for PCI compliancy.

This is mandatory for PCI compliancy.

Mydumper generate doc with installation, that's why it depends on Sphinx
python egg.

This is a dirty buildout. But it is the only way to have proper mydumper
installation.

By default, all components are located on the same computer.
