Tolerate empty tables.

This was forgotten in commit 48212534
("Drop support for Zope 2.8").

- test node support much less parameters, it will get them from
  the master
- testnode get list of test suite to install
- the instance folder structure has changed to support multiple
  test suites
- test node will delete useless test suites data if needed
- the master url should be a sub object (distributor) inside
  the task distibution tool
- the long run method has been splitted in many smaller methods
  (it is still possible to go futher

 Scope only includes cloudooo, memcached and kumofs configuration for
 now.

 Create promise configuration on-the-fly with the configurations reusing
 existing API to get cloudooo, memcached and kumofs informations from
 environment.

 This approach allow us use erp5_promise alarms at any unit test to
 configure cloudooo, memcached and kumofs, instead implement ad-hoc
 configurations on tests afterSetup methods.

 Ignore alarm if promise is not defined (not the contrary).

Fix PaymentTransactionGroup_getGroupablePaymentTransactionLineList for case when payment mode is acquired

We have to use the special payment_transaction_line_payment_mode_uid related
key which supports both case when the payment mode is set on line or acquired
from parent (because acquired categories are not catalogued for movements)

use by using "self" on transactional_cached decorator breaks ERP5Site creation due aq_base.

  If the list of bt5 is huge same dependencies are
  calculated several types due recursivity at the
  same transaction making this method useless

change the style of RATE to percentage and add the price_renderer to control the length of the price

This fixes a regression introduced in
commit f36260d2
("Code clean up in ListBox & EditorField").

Make sure convert is not called in case resource is not convertible.

  - Simplify the code and Minor Optimization for sort

  - Now getDependencyList returns entire list of dependencies even
    if it is already installed.
