Prevent having same monitor title for each zope instance

whenever the zope instances have the same title (example all zope have 'Zope monitor' as title) the request to frontends consider it as the same request and gives same frontend to each of them.

testing

Unit tests for recipes can be found under slapos/test/recipe. To run the tests use provided unittest.defaultTestLoader inside slapos/test/test_recipe by invoking

python setup.py test --test-suite slapos.test.test_recipe.additional_tests
