It can happen in recursive calls to loadClass, when generating accessor holders:
innermost call will return from getPortalTypeClass, will save the ghost base.
And then, when outer calls return as well, they need not save the ghost.

We already try to infer/guess the Document type if portal type object does not
exist: it's logical to do the same if portal type exists but is misconfigured,
or just way too old.

Since tool list is given explicitely to initializeProduct, we can rely
on this list directly for init. A wrong approach would be to try to
walk Tool/ for Tool classes, since not all Tools are located in this
subfolder.

The patch consist into iteration over each subfield keys in order to retrieve values from
REQUEST for each occurrence of subfields.

Fix the display of dialog when validation of form fails, because user filled values are not lost.

add an optional id argument so that Tools follow the same __init__ signature as other Documents in ERP5. If id is not given, behavior is unchanged.
