Keep the beta category visible by manager untill it's indexed. This is because, as indexation happens with portal_catalog's owner, and as it can be checked explicitely even in unrestricted environment (like it's done in CMFCategories), it has no meaning to reindex an invisible object. Thus the it's the test which must be fixed.

Generate real table cells by javascript, each containing just one fieldset. This fixes a rendering problem in konqueror: right fieldset "100%" was left fieldset's width, instead of container's (tr). Also, right was always wrapped below left.

This field is not existing at all in respective form and shouldn't have an entry in this form's group.
Removed manually but in reallity this should have beend done by form code itself so when
removing a field its group entry should also be deleted.

Added interaction workflow to Packing Lists and orders. The behavior is set resource and quantity at [Order | Packing List] lines when you aggregate items.

To prevent inconvenient edits the resource is only set if the items use the same resource and if resource in the line is empty.
Quantity only changes or are set if the order quantity < items quantity.

Maybe this behavior is inconvenient for some cases, let me know all cases to improve it. Tests      will be added soon.
