Display "Own Section" along "Third Party" in AccountingTransactionModule_viewAccountingTransactionList.

Now it is possible to have Hosting Subscription as causality of Root Applied
Rule. It will generate simulation movements to cover defined period of
subscription.

Fix fullwidth number conversion and support minus characters conversion. Unicode NFKD does not handle minus characters.

Fix ProductionOrderLine.resource_category_existence. Any resource type document is ok to be used as resource on production order line.

Adjust test to match new workflow.

Fix split and defer bug on both old and new simulation tested at testERP5Simulation.test_02_splitAndDeferAfterAcceptDecision.

proper "Working Copy List" settings in preferences (otherwise Unauthorized is raised and UI test run is blocked).
As tests are executed under SlapOS environment this is still not properly defined how to do.
