http://download.hforge.org/itools/0.20/ and http://download.hforge.org/itools/ are not required here for many reasons:
* 0.20 is only for Zope-2.8.
* 0.20 location is explicitly specified in software-profiles/erp5.cfg.
* http://download.hforge.org/itools/ is a meta directory and having it in find-links means nothing.
