update name of populate_request macro. template_erp5_xhtml_style is now capable of adding optional head items. breadcrum was wrong and should be now fixed (by passing the current document to the method).

some fields of erp5_base were proxifielded on Document_viewFieldLibrary wich belongs to erp5_dms. So when erp5_dms is not installed, this can bring to dead proxyfields (thanks to medicentre tests who test this case). Now it's proxifieled on erp5_base itself

add activity=SQLQueue parameter to activate method. This permit to execute the activity as many times as they are called. (before, if it was called two time at the same time, only one activity was executed, now two).
