It didn't react well in "timeout X cd" because cd is a shell function

So that the user knows their command has been sent to the server

This means building failed, but a previous instance is still running

and not only when the webrunner starts

This bug makes the display of "Running instance..." 2 times instead of one

runner: correctly displays the "run log" after the build step, even if the slapgrid process is very short in time

runner: /viewLog displays "Queue" for Run only if the run_instance option of slapgrid is set to true
