All tests in SlapOS bt5 have been migrated in portal_components, The commit
rewrite the method getTestList to allow to search tests script in portal_components folder.
Tests in product/Vifib/tests are broken and was not ran at all. So we remove them from the list.

slapproxy tests: catch correct exception when testing if started, always stop proxy even in case of error in setup.

as part of the migration to 'requests'

slapos format: fix use_unique_local_address_block feature, and put default to false in configure_local.

Correct fix.

alter_user is true again by default.

This code has nothing to do with partition chown.

slapos.grid: Adapt retention_delay implementation to support retention_delay being specified in SLA.
