Disable acquire local roles for:

- File
- Image
- Image Module
- Organisation Module
- Person Module
- Query

The commit is moved from erp5 to slapos_web because this changes is related to the specific case of SlapOS Master.

BUILDING_KEY has been dropped from SimulatedDeliveryBuilder. We remove all code related to BUILDING_KEY
which is deprecated now.

erp5_accounting only create income , receivable and collected_vat in SaleInvoiceTransaction_init
if Invoice Line is not in visible allowed content type. But the method getVisibleAllowedContentTypeList seems
to not work well and always return 'Invoice Line' in the list event after adding 'Invoice Line' in
hidden content types.
To fix this for SlapOS, we create a custom SaleInvoiceTransaction_init in slapos_accounting which always create
income, receivable and collected_vat.

All tests in SlapOS bt5 have been migrated in portal_components, The commit
rewrite the method getTestList to allow to search tests script in portal_components folder.
Tests in product/Vifib/tests are broken and was not ran at all. So we remove them from the list.

slapproxy tests: catch correct exception when testing if started, always stop proxy even in case of error in setup.
