We need to patch ffmpeg to be able to compile with this version of
binutils.

For slapos-node package compilation, we use DESTDIR pointing to temp
location and PREFIX pointing to future /opt/slapos.

Without this commit, bison look at wrong directory for data:

bison: cannot open file `/opt/slapos/parts/bison/share/bison/m4sugar/m4sugar.m4'

This is needed on Debian12 so that binutils can recognize the system libraries. Without this upgrade we have the following error when trying to build gcc8.5 on Debian12:

/opt/slapgrid/shared/binutils/ea3cf4e44b2944e805d9fe6387a4eeb0/bin/ld: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: unknown type [0x13] section `.relr.dyn'

This reverts commit 9497c734.
This reverts commit c55337f2.

This causes other build failures on some environments.
Turns out, this was not even enough to get gcc to fully build on my
environment, so more fixes are needed.

Fixes building gcc-8.5.0 on libc6 version 2.36 (at least).

In order to fix (at least) gcc 5.5 build on gcc 8.3.0 .

aspell-en-dictionary, groonga-normalizer-mysql, file-msooxml, apache-antiloris are not shareable, they write files in other parts.

SlapOS already relies on system binutils and
version 2.21.1 does not compile with recent GCC.
